Carol has been teaching yoga since qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga over 25 years ago. Over this time her holistic style of yoga has been developed through working with fellow professionals to create a hugely beneficial form of excercise.
She qualified as a Reflexologist 25 years ago and has since been practicing as well as teaching Reflexology for ITEC. Carol practices Indian Head Massage which she has also taught for ITEC for a number of years.
Carol is qualified to practice a number of other treatments inluding Sports massage, Chinese Foot massage, Ayurvedic massage and facials, Swedish massage, Aromatherapy and Reiki. This range of qualifications and wealth of experience has allowed her to develop her understanding of the human body and it's responses to different techniques.


Louise first developed her interest in fitness and sports injury rehabitilition during her time as a competitive swimmer and waterpolo player. She qualified as a sports masseuse in 2006 after training with the London School of Sports Massage, and has been practicing since as a mobile therapist.
In 2010 she formedActive8 Wellbeing alongside Carol Collins based at William Penn Leisure Centre. Louise practices sports massage, specialising in injury rehabilitation, combining her understanding of the human body and fitness with a number of well known massage techniques.
Louise has worked at the London Marathon and has treated professional and amature athletes alike. She is a qualified personal trainer, and currently teaches group excersise classes including spinning, circuits and Metafit. These further fitness qualifications have increased her knowledge of the human body.
