Active8 Wellbeing offer a range of classes aimed at improving health and fitness through a number of different activities. Our schedule is always developing to encompass new classes allowing us to offer our clients a platform through which to develop their own fitness and wellbeing.We encourage our clients to carry out a wide range of excersises to promote their overall health and fitness.
Our classes include Yoga, Aqua Aerobics and Metafit.
